                              How to Become A Christian

Heaven is a free gift, it is not earned or deserved

"...the GIFT of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Roman6-23b  "It is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast" Ephesians2:8-9

We are all sinners

"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23

A "just" God cannot let sin go unpunished

"The soul who sins is the one who will die" Ezekial 18-4

But, through Jesus we can have peace with God

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" I John 1:9

We need to put our faith in Christ alone.

"Believe (trust) on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved." Acts 16:31b

How to receive Christ:

1) Admit that you need Christ and that you haven't lived a perfect life (You've sinned)

2) Be willing to change your life (Repent)

3) Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave (Believe)

4) Pray and invite Jesus into your life to take control through the Holy Spirit (Receive)

Call the church office (530) 926*2847 or send us your contact information (next "What We Believe" page..at the bottom), if you have any questions or would like someone to pray with you.
